1). Confidence, you have to play it off well.

Girls would just like to think that they are different in that way but really we're all the same. The first thing you do and really you can't help it is judge them on their appearance.

What I mean by this is that if you have a chance to talk to/meet the girl and get to know her the person with the better personality will win out. But getting that opportunity is alot easier when you are good looking.
