Since they didnt tell you how to prevent them, all them adverts witch say they have one chemical in there there just gunna' make your bags worse, bags are actually caused by lack of iron. So iron tablets,greenbeans, ect. Stuff with iron in it will help :).

yeah, i'm 15 and I have really bad circles. i don't know how i got them, i just looked in the mirror when i was like 11, and there they were. it's really annoying to cover up, since my concealer is sort of translucent.

Can't under eye circles be a bluish or a brownish??? You apply different color for each, and for brown it's not yellow. This video is not very informative.

Actually, Yellow IS the color to us to neutralize the brown. If your under eye circles are more bluish, you should use an orange concealer.
