@MrUnderpants1234 - no...those aren't cheek implants. Madonna has what is called the "new, new face", where the face is "re-volumized" via tissue from one's own body. It's the latest in cosmetic surgery, rather than the brutal old-school face-lift. Its nice, since she now looks like herself (Italians are NOT supposed to be that thin, & the trade off is a sunken face as one ages). She has likely had laser wrinkle & crease removal. It is surgery at its best!

@mrlopez2681 -- not to mention, madonna has had SEVERAL facelifts. she's always had deep nasal labias; the implants lift the skin away from where gravity pulls and causes the creases. she's probably had tissue inserted on top of that to smooth out the remaining crease. her hairline is much farther back than it was in years past, particularly at the temples, above the ears - one of the biggest errors, and tells, of a facelift.

@FMoran1966 - she has NOT had several face-lifts. Believe me, I know (I'm in school to be a reconstructive surgeon, & we students watch everyone in the celebrity world). Her hairline is where it has always been. I highly doubt that with her money & access to the world's top surgeons that a thing like her hairline would have been over looked. In fact, she really didn't do anything to her face (aside from botox) until the last few years or so.
