This makes me so nostalgic. Our family goes to Ilocos during Holy Week and my dad's bday. I love their empanadas. Now that I'm far away from my family, our family still drives to my dad's hometown during these special occasions and makes the tradition on munching those yummy empanadas and pig out during Holy Week at Vigan's Plaza.
