is that a holy grail reverb and bad monkey? nice combo. i was thingking of the same set-up but with a strat. are the pedals noisy on the vj? i really consider getting a vj but been hearing a lot that i need to cranked up to get nice overdrive tone. i cant do that in my apartment. but i guess with a bad monkey you can get a nice overdrive tone at lower volume.

That is no Bad Monkey this is a DOD JuiceBox FX51. The pedals is medium noisy on the vj. I'm replace pickups to fender vintage noiseless and noisy is lower.

I agree with you, can'i get a nice overdrive tone at lower volume you must a buy boost or overdrive pedal.
