Why he is screaming here. They want to bring down a corporate tax down to 25% from 35%. It is The second largest tax among Western countries, and only Japan has higher. I would advocate to bring it to 0%. This is the best they can do because Corporation will be able to send oversees profits here. Plus new corporations that are incorporate abroad will be able to send their headquarter back to US. Instead tax managers and CEO at 40-50%,. Corp. Taxes only makes 8% of tax revenues or 160 billion.

personally, decrease corporate taxes and make a clause where 75% of the saved money from the tax cuts is required to be put back into worker's pays, and that you are required to hire a minimum number of workers to pay with that extra money. that would work beautifully. this would give the executives cause to go for it, that's 25% of they're taxes back in their pockets but would also allow the hiring of many more people, thus force the unemployment rate down. you gotta give to get with them.

personally, decrease corporate taxes and make a clause where 75% of the saved money from the tax cuts is required to be put back into worker's pays, and that you are required to hire a minimum number of workers to pay with that extra money. that would work beautifully. this would give the executives cause to go for it, that's 25% of they're taxes back in their pockets but would also allow the hiring of many more people, thus force the unemployment rate down. you gotta give to get with them.
