Soulaiman is a figure from the old testament I believe. Anyway, the point is that two mothers fought over a baby claiming it was theirs. He was the judge and told them to split the kid into parts and take whatever limbs they want. The fake mom was happy with the resolution but the real one started crying. She's likening the fake mother to those who want to split Lebanon up. Hope that helps, I'm glad someone cares about the meaning of words too, LOL
