  • Is that a holeless hydraulic elevator? Dover wasn't good at making those.

  • I guess it's fair to judge other people's work. I'm sure you screw up orders at mcdonalds.

  • Vintage Dover Buzz!

  • this video never gets old

  • Haha - oh yeah!

  • lol ding!! woah. holeh crap..

  • that beep sounds like the toaster i have when the toast pops up

  • I like the sound of the motor going up when it acts normal.

  • The elevators at Bremen railway station also have that weird noise when approaching the upper level. I still couldn't figure out what it is or where it comes from.

  • If that is on the sky bridge it is probably owned by the city of Atlanta.

  • It could have been a joint venture between the Galleria and Cumberland mall.

  • Seriously, I have never been in an elevator THAT crappy.

As soon as you say there's no excuse for something like that, the elevator lost its self-esteem and began to slip. :P

  • The elevator needs replaced AND an exorcism. I've been in some bad elevators, but jeez.

  • Demonstrates the wonderful quality of Dover elevators.

  • Just remembered a Korean hydraulic elevator in Hong Kong in this video: v=rHUOj33KFsc

  • I think I will take me cousins on this so if it gets stuck I wouldnt care

  • That would be nice.

  • This thing is probably much worse in person and with a whole group, you've got yourself one hell of the equivalent of Satan's lair in an elevator.

  • "theres no excuse for this" the elevator didnt like you insulting it and let you know lol this elevator needs work big time i had one do this to me and the floor viberated its scary when it happens your right it is one hell of a deathtrap

  • Dang I think my heart skipped a beat when it started to level going up. I know yours did!

  • if i ever own a buissness i would not get thyssenkrupp hydraulic i would get thyssenkrupp traction they make really nice traction elevators usualy well with the new fetures and stuff it will be worth it but my oppinion never buy a thyssenkrupp or dover hydraulic elevator they brake very common

  • id get otis because their reliable

  • It's a wonder that thing could even pass inspection in that condition. Just out of curiosity what was the last date on that certificate?

  • I don't remember.

  • ****

  • This SICK elevator is in DESPERATE need of MODERNIZATION!

  • And the even sadder thing is that Cobb Galleria could easily afford a new elevator.

  • Yes, I know. Maybe a machine roomless elevator.

  • Prehaps sugest thyssenkrupp synergy they are nice

  • I agree.

  • But here's the bad stuff.

    1. The door literally crashes into the brick wall.

    2. The door literally crashes into the elevator wall.

    3. This elevator is noisy leveling up.

    4. This elevator sounded like it crashed to the ground floor at the bottom.

  • The door engine is obviously serviced badly.

  • Sounded almost like a gunshot when the door opened on the 2nd floor.

  • Here's the good stuff.

    1. The disclights

    2. Impulse buttons

    3. Pretty fast elevator

    4. Nice bell.

  • OMG!!!! When it reached the top it felt like a machine was loud like a street driller or the elevator had gas and farted

  • Some Korean hydraulic elevators also jerk like that (actually they are manufactured using Japanese technology as a majority).
