Mmmmm! This looks so good. You were talking about the health benefits of cucumber... Try this if you want to do a little cleanse for health or weight loss or whatever... Blend a cucumber with about 16 ounces of pineapple juice and sip it throughout the morning for breakfast. I have been on it for a week and i feel great. Great appetite suppressent. Im gonna make this dip yum yum
ooooooo yummy! I had this in crete on a beach when a man made us bbq chicken with baguetes and tsatziki dip, it was so delicious. I will definately be making this :o) xxx
This is pretty poor from a hygiene point of view. You don't try some and then place the spoon back in the yogurt. What happened to the cracked pepper, needs more garlic. Good on you for having a go!!!!
@MrBizcore404 I'm making this at home not to serve to the public lol you dont put black pepper in tsatsiki and the amount of garlic you put in the dip depends on you, as stated in the video ;)
This looks really good! I wonder if you could use this during one of the sabbats during the summer. I might include this in the one coming up in a couple weeks.
Made my mouth water, Helen! It looks tasty! Having this with fries sounds perfect! Thank you for the education in the healthy spiritual aspects of this recipe. That was an appreciated bonus!
Yummy!! This looks so good! I am very blessed to have a Greek friend who has introduced me to so many wonderful Greek dishes! I loooove when they throw a party!!!! :)
HELEN!! This is AMAZING! I would definitely make this if I could get some yogurt suitable for vegetarians/vegans! Thanks so much for showing us how to make this! :)
Yum!! This looks delish!! Goota try this! If one would replace the mint with dill and garlic with onion, that'd be a Polish dip ;)) As much as I've loved cucumbers all my life, I never realized just how many health benefits they have. Thank you for sharing, Helen!
@idreamofwolfkisses oh wow i didnt know that and my best friend is polish and she never told me this lol Thanks so much for watching! Have a wonderful day! xxxx
@Helenhealer Well, the cucumber would most likely be sliced and in crème fraîche or yogurt with a few drops of lemon or vinegar but it's close enough (hehe ;)) What puzzles me is that I've had this great affinity for herbs and medicinal plants since my teen years, and yet I take my favorite veggies for granted! Thank you for reminding us of the deity correspondences and the sacredness of food.
I love tsatsiki. I eat it all the time with grilled chicken gyros. LOL!
