@dubstepN2death It has a lot of presets including synth sounds and drums that you're able to tweak out. This track in particular I made all of the sounds from scratch (minus the drums). You basically start with a wave form - square, saw, sine, etc. - and then you can mess with the parameters, add effects, whatever.
