The best way to get this game is to go on ebay and buy it...I've done that with a couple...but you should only get it if you are willing to learn Japanese. I doubt it will be dubbed anytime soon.

there are heaps of anime games made in Japan, and very few of them ever leave the country. One of the only ones i can think of is the FMA game, which i have to admit was kind of poor quality. I don't mean to disapoint anyone, but don't get your hopes up. If your really keen to play it, why not try learning Japanese? Its not a hard language to learn if you've got the interest.
