Seriously though, those 80's, early 90's tv cartoons showed kids better values altogether than the crap they are churning out today.
Definitely - the good cartoons of the 80's weren't anything like as insulting to kid's intelligences like the modern stuff is. Try Exo-squad; I heard about it from MovieBob - sort of WW2 is space including things like genocide.

@superdertie lol I love Bucky, but you're right...they don't. I'd love to see a remake of this series. Watching this today, you can see how cheesy and corny the animation and voice acting is. It was good enough for the 90s but it would get torn up by today's standards. My Little Pony has a successful remake, I'd love to see classics like this updated, but DONE WELL instead of rushed and unfamiliar like some others.

Yeah, it also looks like 'Hero.' Foreshadowing that Willy will become a hero in the Aniverse. If it was intential then it is brilliant. To think HERO and NERD could appear in the same graffiti, just by positioning the characters a particular way. I mean look at it, it is clearly visible in the fisrt 5 seconds of the video.
They really need to bring this show back and make a next generation video game based on it. I mean, if Stafox can make it so can this. It's the exact same concept.

Nope, there was no second season. There was however, an extended series of the comic book published in the U.S. -- it sucked. The UK comic was longer and had more plot lines, the US published only the first one and then made their own 15 issue bastardization.
Oh man...I loved this show! I used to watch it when I was a little kid, and I wish today's cartoons were this good. BTW, Jenny's homeworld is Aldebarren.
