All of you think of saika the second you hear this and it fits, but the most memorable moment with this tune was when Kida was looking over the sky after Celty had saved anri. Izaya telling Mikado about the impending gang war between the dollars and the scarves with his evil little sneer. (shown while the theremin was reaching its climax) It fit perfectly.
