@602pleasure - Regardless of whether a person smokes a little bit of weed or a lot, please consider talking with a licensed counselor as to not self-medicate but to learn some coping strategies to use on a daily basis. The 12-step group Narcotics Anonymous is free of charge and the only requirement is a desire to get sober. Alcoholics Anonymous is the very first 12-step group and one may attend an "open" meeting if doesn't drink. Please be well and make good choices :)

wow i am learning alot i had an ear inffection now my inner ear is pluged and my dockter gave me a nose spray to use i pray it works
