Spetsnaz look so rough and they are well known, my country's special forces are almost like a secret society, you know about their operations but you hardly ever see videos or photos of them, they are really hard to find. our special forces also dont go around and talk obout themselfs, wich I find quite sad because I would like to know more about them. theres all of these fighting tehquniques with fancy knives but the best thing to do is buy a simple heavy combat knife and practice fast powerful chops and stabs which take less coordination and are probally more effective

Watching the footwork, He's grounded, fast but grounded , there's a fair amount of gun-fu footwork, but the thrusts and cuts are fast and combative, good follow through, good recovery. It's not what I practice, but I could see this being quite nasty to fight against.

I've been a student of Krav for some time now, and I can assure you it is very specific to multiple opponents, and we also train to be effective against various other styles, not untrained opponents. I´m train 4 times a week, Krav Maga and Historical European combat techniques and there is one thing I can say about you: You really don´t know how to use a weapon or how to move in a fight.

If someone moves like that he will fall down, ord get a kick on his knees...

Don´t watch martial arts movies if you want to know something about fighting, but with this uggly dance you wouldn´t reach anything.

If these would be real Spetznaz techniques, no one of them would survive a closed combat.

@XDerWaechterX if someone moves like that and falls down, then that person really sucks . there was like 2 positions which compromised balance in that whole thing , and that's because the strikes were done while evading . but it's strikes and combos , all the technical stuff is good. i seriously doubt you want to try to kick this guy in the knees while he's about to stab someone , in "closed" combat i'm sure it's different , but this looks like techniques against multiple opponents.
