I Flexi rod my hair every other day & I can do it dry as long as my hair is well moisturized (looks shiny and smooth when rolled). I use Biosilk or Silk infusion as needed. It is so good to be able to have cute hair & not need heat on my relaxed hair. Gr8 Video Shirley. Thank you, I may also get some of the smaller rods and have big hair like you it looks beautiful. I am using about 7 of the purple ones at the moment and it still is pretty curly (because I do it often) just not as big.

I got a question: if you have naturally curly hair but dont wanna do this with that and you wanna do it with flat ironed straight hair how would you do it? I noticed most require wetting it and with flat iron hair we all know wet= no go lol so would you just do it on the dry hair and than use them and go to sleep and than in the morning take them out just basically without all the products?

@thatZEBRAchick I do this with my natural hair. You can do it with no product it just will be looser curls. But, I add a little hair dressing cream or spray a little hair sheen. But, I like the hair dressing cream as it dries quicker w/o making hair feel wet like gel.Also, if it will be done quicker if you don't want to wait til overnight. You can even use a tiny bit of hair gel. I've even curled it with iron then just wrapped it with curl afterwards

Short Rollers

Diameter (Thickness) = 1.5cm

Length = 10cm

...Any Standard size rollers would work just as well. Lol! xo

Love this tutorial. I do this sometimes but it always ends up kinda frizzy... I cant buy any products to help it like the moroccan argan oil cuz i'm broke. my dad always jokes that he could go get any random oil for cooking from morocco for me cuz thats where he was born. LOL Im mixed and i live in the uk btw... so yeah... any help?
