I have been involved in many ceremonial rituals. This seems more like a slumber party. I dont mean any disrespect. But the dancing and working themselves up into a frenzy reminds me of a fundamentalist Christian church where people get all worked up and caught up in the emotionalism.

In Western Esoteric tradition of ceremonial magick you are supposed to focus your thoughts and energy for what the ceremony is being performed for. This is more of a club for women to play witch for the evening.

I do not agree with excluding men from ritual. These all women covens are cutting out the male aspect altogether. Without men there would be no fertilizer for the seed. If there arent women included you have no seed. True paganism recognizes both sexual aspects of the cosmos, male and female. I have found most all female covens are made up of predominately lesbians or men haters. Without hot you wont know cold. Without evil/love, without male/female.

I agree. Most of the covens I have come across have been predominately women. Most of the male practitioners I have met are solitary practitioners. Which doesnt make sense. Women focus on the female energy while he males focus on the male energy. It throws the balance off. They should come together and worship BOTH the Female and Male Goddess and God.
