nella parte finale fogarty sorpasa chili. durante questo passaggio (staccata) fogarty da 3 colpi veloci all'acceleratore.qualcuno sa spiegarmi il motivo? lo fa anche precedentemente ma qui è + evidente. non basta scalare la marcia? quei colpetti tecnicamente a che servono? grazie in anticipo
@manulesta84 Dovrebbe averlo fatto per limitare il freno motore ed il conseguente saltellamento della ruota dietro...e poi perchè era un leone a cui piaceva sentire il motore sempre in tiro! ;-)
@manulesta84 ciao i colpi di acceleratore in staccata servono per alzare il numero di giri del motore e quindi per avrere meno freno motore, le bicilindriche ne avevano molto ma oramai con le nuove frizioni antisaltellamento si usa poco o niente.

certo e' sicuro, se non ti ficchi per forza all' interno della traiettoria,chi sta davanti puo' permettersi di chiudere tranqillo..........altrimenti per evitare di prenderti il posteriore deve frenare troppo!

Chili è incazzato perchè Fogarty non lo faceva passare frenandolo nelle curve... se avete visto bene all'uscita del curvone Fogarty è quasi fermo rispetto a Frankie che approfitta e lo supera all'esterno. Questo è evidente.
Poi vabè Frankie non ha protetto la traiettoria prima dell'ultima chicane e Fogarty si è reinfilato però la storia della "marcia persa" è una balla.

Secondo me sarebbe più giusto mostrare quei numeri, dato che il video è della guerra (giusto chiamarla così) con Foggy, che si è svolta in SBK. Poi tra manche in SBK e gare vinte nel motomondiale ha uno score totale di 22 vittorie, che proprio zero non sono.....

I am not a Rossi fan at all, I'm a Stoner fan, and whilst you believe Lorenzo will win the gp next year i believe Stoner will, i was kept up to date with all the test timings when the season finished and im going on Stoners form when he returned to the season this year and he admitted he still wasn't 100% Fit
lewis, stoners arse end came right round on him right in front of me at turn 2 at valencia 09,he does ride with the electronics turned down compared to others.
other teams do believe that what toesland said is right,800s need to be rid like 250s,carrying corner speed at apex,not squaring a corner off,and hanging the arse end out.
i had 300£at 6/4 on stoner,imagine how gutted i were!
the 800s electronics let them just dump the clutch fully off the start line,the management sorts it all out

and as for tt,in 92 fogartys yamaha was said to have had a clip on that had shifted forward over an inch,(tankslapper at 192mph sulby straight)his seat unit were hangin on by one bolt,the exhaust strap had snapped so were only held on by the header bolts,the tank were loose,slick bass said hed seen bikes in better nick that had been crashed,and he still set that 123.61 lap chasing hizzy who did win that race.foggy had 750cc and the 1000cc boys didnt beat it till 99 i think?maybe 2000
look what bayliss did when he jumped on the desmosedici at valencia moto gp 06.a one off ride..

How can people compare Him to true Legends of the bike world when he never competed against them. Foggy was comfortable in a then mediocre championship winning on the best bike. Still he did produce some impressive races and his Assen record shows that there he was very fast.
oh and with referrence to the foggy = no fear statement... why didn't he compete for a GP championship? Awnser because he wasnt good enough and he was AFRAID of the nothing he would become in the GP world. You can't argue that winning 4 of the SECOND greatest world championships is pretty good though. Even if he did have an advantage with the Ducati
Didn't Foggy say in his book that with the right bike and the right set up he could beat Rossi? I'm sure that's probably true if Rossi was racing on a donkey with 3 legs. Good effort on getting to 8 rounds of BSB this year though mate. Can't really say i followed BSB that closely this year, spent more time with WSB and GP
save some pennies boss and get to valencia and cheste at least next year,its the best on the calendar.i earn less than 22k and save like fook to go to at least 4 moto gps every year,plus the jerez test. i sleep in the hire car.if i come over a bit cocky its cos i do know what im talking about,and if bayliss can kick rossi arse then believe me,foggy would have too,on equal machinery at some circuits,not all but some.ive seen foggy do things on a bike you wouldnt comprehend.

Credo che Chili sia piu incazzato della caduta che del resto e penso che col tempo abbia sbollito sapendo bene com'erano e come sono le gare in SBK.
Ovviamente Foggy non fece nulla di clamoroso però peccato per Frankie perchè era la sua chanche mondiale ma per gli appassionati di moto è stato comunque un grande anche senza il titolo...

Chili è incazzato perchè Fogarty non lo faceva passare frenandolo nelle curve... se avete visto bene all'uscita del curvone Fogarty è quasi fermo rispetto a Frankie che approfitta e lo supera all'esterno. Questo è evidente.
Poi vabè Frankie non ha protetto la traiettoria prima dell'ultima chicane e Fogarty si è reinfilato però la storia della "marcia persa" è una balla.

Probably Frankie was angry for the fact that in the crash he would lost his chances for the title. On the other hand, Foggy's win was fair and correct. Frankie was simply wrong.

Secondo me sarebbe più giusto mostrare quei numeri, dato che il video è della guerra (giusto chiamarla così) con Foggy, che si è svolta in SBK. Poi tra manche in SBK e gare vinte nel motomondiale ha uno score totale di 22 vittorie, che proprio zero non sono.....

chili says that he was in 6th gear and fogarty tried to let him fall(the other says: fogarty splitted of a gear)and chili:he split off a fucking nothing he lost his head. he'll loose championship in japan and I want that Ducati doesn't let him run in japan.I lost the champs here in this way and I want the same for him.

Hayden is a nice guy but will not win in 2012. And just for ur information the throttle is on the right hand side of al bikes so everyone rides with thier right hand.

The Italians are more than likely are supporting Ducati and not fogarty.
Mick Dohaan offered Foggy the best seat in GP's and Carl Fogarty turned it down. Why? it had major sponsorship.
Edwards was in a Factory team and was nowhere near the front. I cant wait to hear you explain that one.

Toseland said in a recent interview that if your real wheel is out of line on a GP machine you're doing something wrong, Now Stoner puts his rear wheel out of line quite frequently and thus seems to power slide if you like, round corners, and he's done this and still been the fastest rider on the track - so if its not the fastest way to do it, imagine if he did go about things the fastest way? Just an opinion though

lewis, stoners arse end came right round on him right in front of me at turn 2 at valencia 09,he does ride with the electronics turned down compared to others.
other teams do believe that what toesland said is right,800s need to be rid like 250s,carrying corner speed at apex,not squaring a corner off,and hanging the arse end out.
i had 300£at 6/4 on stoner,imagine how gutted i were!
the 800s electronics let them just dump the clutch fully off the start line,the management sorts it all out

and as for tt,in 92 fogartys yamaha was said to have had a clip on that had shifted forward over an inch,(tankslapper at 192mph sulby straight)his seat unit were hangin on by one bolt,the exhaust strap had snapped so were only held on by the header bolts,the tank were loose,slick bass said hed seen bikes in better nick that had been crashed,and he still set that 123.61 lap chasing hizzy who did win that race.foggy had 750cc and the 1000cc boys didnt beat it till 99 i think?maybe 2000

look what bayliss did when he jumped on the desmosedici at valencia moto gp 06.a one off ride..
kicked all gp boys arses into the weeds,i were there and he were showboating for the last few laps,literally taking the piss out of them all.
had foggy had that opportunity i have no doubt he would have done them all,at assen there is no shadow of a doubt.have either of you ever compared his lap times at assen compared to the gp boys in the same years? now run along and do some research!

How can people compare Him to true Legends of the bike world when he never competed against them. Foggy was comfortable in a then mediocre championship winning on the best bike. Still he did produce some impressive races and his Assen record shows that there he was very fast.

oh and with referrence to the foggy = no fear statement... why didn't he compete for a GP championship? Awnser because he wasnt good enough and he was AFRAID of the nothing he would become in the GP world. You can't argue that winning 4 of the SECOND greatest world championships is pretty good though. Even if he did have an advantage with the Ducati

Didn't Foggy say in his book that with the right bike and the right set up he could beat Rossi? I'm sure that's probably true if Rossi was racing on a donkey with 3 legs. Good effort on getting to 8 rounds of BSB this year though mate. Can't really say i followed BSB that closely this year, spent more time with WSB and GP

in questa situazione si',ma io mi riferisco ai giri precedenti..ricordo quella gara e ricordo di com'ero incazzato quel giorno. il quarto titolo di foggy gli e' arrivato solo per culo.. gia' perche' il malcapitato troy corse si ruppe la clavicola nel warm up del mattino a sugo-giappone nell'ultima gara ed in lizza per il mondiale c'erano corser e slight che non fece buoni piazzamenti e per 1 punto il mondiale lo vinse "il pluri campione" blea..

well, you should broaden your horizons mate, did you watch the catalunya battle this year? and laguna seca last year? and i haven't even gone over to the schwantz-rainey era, nor the superbikes duels

yeah on a fuckin gp bike dude! whats your point.. and as for broadining my horizons... well what bike you got?? how many trackdays you done??. schwantz n rainey times were 20 secs a lap down on bikes that looked out of controll coz they were. they made so many mistakes it cost them dearly. overated. wsb is my plaground matey not glorified lawnmowers. this is fantastic racing on the greatest bike ever and your having a cry are you?

having a cry?? i just said "and haven't even gone to (...) the superbike duels" i love superbikes! they're much more realistic. and yeah they were all over the place, cause the technology wasn't there. they're not overated, it's thanks to them that superbikes and road bikes are what they are today

non m'e sembrato ke fogarty tentasse di buttarlo fuori...ha fatto 1a gran staccata con 1 ottima traiettoria...sorpasso pulito.e stato chili ke voleva ritardare e ha pinzato con la moto curvata e s'e chiuso l'anteriore...
