Yeah I think we're all doing a good job of being sucked in by the edit. James could have been this agro during the last two seasons he was in but it didn't suit the 'script' to portray him that way.

Now we all want to watch the big guy 'spiral out of control' because it's good tv.

That being said, I cannot wait to be suckered in and enjoy the show!! :)

Why are people defending Steph?

James said the truth and that makes you a villain? Nobody had the guts to say it anyway.

And I heard that James targeted Steph because the alliance of Tom/Colby/Steph wanted Amanda out, and James ais always in an alliane with Amanda, so yeah.

James against Randy = James wins

Colby against Rob = Colby wins

Tom against Russell

JT against Tyson

Coach against Rupert

Looks to me that Coach is cheering, so maybe that means Rupert loses?

I 100% agree with you. While I will admit that James expressed it in the wrong way, he way right.

Stephenie really helped screw the team over in the challenge, trying too hard to take charge. And she has never been on a successful tribe challenge wise, even in Guatamala, and he was speaking the truth. Whats wrong with speaking the truth? He just expressed it in a wrong fashion.

And there are points in everyones lives that the do get mad, so hopefully this is just a short term thing.

Makes sense to me to put Randy against James and assign the strongest guys to other Heroes like Colby that they are still formidable but they have a better chance of beating. Also the hope might be that since Randy is so obviously no real threat to James the guy wouldn't try to really hurt Randy (unfortunately it looks like maybe james won't be using mercy and reasonable force).
