  • He's such a good story teller. I guess that's because he's a fantastic actor...

  • Everyone said he gave some great advice, but I could barely understand what he was saying... :(

  • @nataliexelaine1 ,he talks about a kid being stuck with a foot or so,and water rising.Kid drowned ,wouldnt happen to Bronson,he would have cut it off."sometimes you got to cut a little piece of yourself off.No matter how much it hurts. In order to grow."

  • i prefer him when he speaks British not that fucked up accent he uses, come Tom what the fuck are Britissh or what

  • Hes gonna b bane in the next batman. >:D

  • this guy has got some raw talent

  • "cut it off... now".....thats comedy!

  • @gbo9881 it is funny. more like "cuh et ohff NAH" though. it's even more funny if you watch his mouth when he says it. Bares his teeth.

  • He picks all his accents up from the films he does it's so wierd it goes from posh to new York to cockney to northern Jesus it's hard to listen to without gettin a little frustrated

  • best actor of recent times!

  • @TheSchlobs So true. No one but Tom Hardy has been able to capture and immerse me in film this way. Daniel Day Lewis is the closest thing. Can't wait to see his career unfold. Watching Bronson tonight!

  • Tom Hardy is a don, but seriously what the fuck is his accent, the guy grew up in Sheen, which for anyone who doesn't know is a POSH suburb in West London, why does he talk kinda like a chav? :D

  • He did NOT just say "dope"! Hahaha. I love you, Tom Hardy.

  • This guy is dope...

  • Cut nuthin off Thom... Keep diggin.

  • @ thewarrider lmfao not roids either he ate like 6000 calories a day an worked out nonstop

  • haha, best advice ever

  • tom hardy is one of those actors u know is ganna become really famous

  • Tom Hardy is the hottest man alive

  • think i just receieved the best bit of advice ever through watching this

  • Tom Hardy sit on my face!!!!!

  • side note... does anyone notice how sweet Tom sounds when he said "Charlie"... it sounds more like he's greeting his granpa Charlie instead of a convict...

but i totally love this interview

  • @NiceView23 Lol love I'm pretty sure once an actor plays a person on screen and has actually talked to them they start to respect them more then others. Hell I know I would. :) That and Tom is a sweetheart ha-ha.

  • I WANT TO TALK TO CHARLIE BRONSON...

  • its not CGI u mugs, its steriods.

  • TOM HARDY hottest man alive

  • i wish i could talk to charlie Bronson

  • Just Watched the film, Hardy's portrail of Bronson was as insane if not more so than Ledger's Joker. Both of them were so far off you simply could not predict what they were thinking and what was going to happen.

  • @MarkArandjus I agree. I love this film. Knowing that Nolan likes to keep actors he works with around, I watched Bronson after Inception to get a better idea of Hardy's acting. I was blown away and knew immediately that Nolan would be wise to cast him as a villain in the next Batman. Ledger's performance will be tough to match and I felt Hardy was the only guy to pull it off. I was so pleased when I heard he had been cast. However I discounted he'd play Bane due to the similarities with Bronson.

  • @EyeOnTheTV Say didn't Hardy also play Picard's clone in Star Trek Nemesis? He went from that scrawny kid to a burly madman :P

  • @MarkArandjus He did and his performance was good but... I kind of forgot about him after that. Kept finding myself Googling "star trek nemesis shinzon actor" Mostly because that movie was somewhat forgettable anyway. It came out 9 years ago.

He completely changed himself to play Bronson and I expect he'll bulk up even more for Bane. He's like Bale who will lose or gain 50 pounds depending on the role. That's insanity.

  • @EyeOnTheTV Yeah I'm starting to think Christian Bale's inflatable.

    "What's that? Machinist? 'Kay..." *PSHHHHHHHH*

"Huh? Batman? Sure thing." *pump pump pump pump*

"Now what, a junkie boxer? You got it." *PSHHHHHHH*

"Batman Again? Just a sec..." *pump pump pump pump*

  • @MarkArandjus I WISH he was inflatable. If you know what I mean.

  • @MarkArandjus So true, man. But he's a heck of a great actor.

  • @MarkArandjus what?

  • @EyeOnTheTV They'll have to use computer enhancements; not way will he be big enough. I believe that did that for the movie '300'

  • @WingThaiJ I always thought those actors were all air-brushed in 300. I wouldn't rule it out but I don't expect any part of Bane being CGI. Nolan prefers traditional on-camera methods and there's definitely no way Bane will be as massive as he was in the comics.

  • @EyeOnTheTV That has always bugged me though. All the cartoon heros are ripped, yet the on-screen one's are skinny in comparison. I'd rather see a body builder performing the heros; there's got to be some of them who can learn to act to. If they want to use a real actor than they should CGI it; I do believe they were all greatly enhanced in the 300 and if you look at the main actor in Law Abiding Citizen, than it is clear they used CGI. Superman should be massive, so should the rest of them

  • @WingThaiJ they didnt use CGI for gerard butler.he put on 30lbs for that part and hes naturally going to go back to his normal weight in a movie like law abiding citizen.

  • Man, I think it would be way cooler if the guy spoke English.

  • Aww...I love this interview. Tom seems like such a genuine funny guy...I love how he talks to Charlie about his break up with his girlfriend (of all things!) "what I’m trying to say son…"

    "yea?"

"sometime you got to cut a little pieces of yourself off no matter how much it hurt--in order to grow, in order to move on."

  • you know I dunno why bane but I know Tom hardy Is gonna do a wonderful damn good job

  • "Cat ih off....nah"

  • BAAAAAAANNNEEEEEE

  • When your telephone calls have memorable quotes, you're beyond average.

  • i loved charlie's metaphor about cutting a piece of yourself off to move on. brilliant.

  • this guys acting abilities are immense!!

  • He said "what's going on outside your window"

  • free bronson @ petition.com sign the form

  • he sounds nowt like bronson . bronson sounds like a cross between joe pasqualie and david beckham

  • 12 people are too scared to cut it off.

I'm getting a tattoo of a pair of scissors on my ankle because of this interview.

  • How can you not love Tom Hardy, he's just seems so nice, laid back and funny. The kind of fella you'd love to have a drink with and just talk to. I love how everytime he speaks his accent sounds slightly different, but he's still got that rough gravelly undertone in it, rawwwwr! :) He could keep me awake talking to me all night!

  • @ASHEKEH keep u awake all night? are u a female? i hope?

  • "what you having for your tea?" "streak" " ooooooh you cunt, I love a fucking steak" what a quoat!!

  • @ryrybread220 yeah but what did he say right after that... right before he said that guy is dope

  • @allprog "fuckin hell...this guy is dope!"

  • slow dance

  • The best advice ive ever heard!

  • It's basicly like bronson talking, while he's doing the interview. He acted bronson perfectly...really convincing. Great actor!

  • He said 'grate' it's what rain/storm water runs into to help prevent flooding.

  • Is there anymore of this interview anywhere? Its amazing!!

  • Why do i keep watching this?! I really cant stop. Such a great interview.

  • What did he say the kid got his foot stuck in? Sounds like gate, crate, and a whole lot of other things! what is it?

  • @hugh9mac im pretty sure he is saying grate (not sure if thats how u spell it) like the things on the roads where storm water runs into

  • @hugh9mac Stuck in a grate.

  • was a fukin machine in bronson

  • Comment removed

  • That was a good movie, it was a bit crazy at times.

  • That Bronson bloke is fucking intense lol

  • far fuckin point mate !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • god i love this interview. is there more of it?

  • 02:48 "what you having for your tea" steak "oooh you cunt. i fuckin love a steak mate"

  • I'm in lust<3

  • ooohoohoo u cunt, i love a steak me!

  • pretty fucking fly for a white guy x

  • talented man, captivating story

  • Great fucking actor.... Tour de force all the way with Tom.... Oh my God was he scary or what..... I just hope he won't wake up naked next to a dude with a gun nomore

....lol But hell... there is a 1st time for everything

  • Probably been said before but Tom changes his accent continuously throughout the interview. And I'm not talking about His attempt at bronson's. But its the trait of a good actor.

  • @TommysAlright you dont change your voice when you quote someone while telling a funny story? hes just being a regular person telling a story

  • @joeratti You obviously didn't comprehend what i had said. Yes i use accents when quoting people. Everyone does, but what Tom does which i think is cool is that while he is talking he is constantly changing his accent. thats my point.

  • @TommysAlright I agree. Those of us who tell a story and change our accents when doing so have it within us to be good actors too. Follow your dreams. By the way, check out the interview with Tom Hardy on Johnathan Ross. He is talking in a ghetto accent.

  • @FarAwayPlace I am dude, hoping to be a royal marines commando!

  • Damn I had no idea this was the same guy from inception

  • i could listen to him talking for hours!

  • :))

  • "this guy is dope" lol he is great but maybe he should cut the Wigger language next he'll be calling his girlfriend "yo bitch" lol Great actor though and nice advice from Bronson

  • @henryhaven

    right...

  • @henryhaven wigger language?.....thats called english my son

  • @JAKEYCHAN2010 it's only english in brixton

  • his Transformation is amazing :O

  • best advice ever....

  • what a talent

  • that is the most fuckin typical SW london accent!

  • ahaha I've never heard a Brit say "This guy is dope!"

    Made my day.

  • THAT WAS AWESOME. i hope charlie's advice helped him! :)

  • tom hardy is fucking great and bronson is even better id fuckin love a chat with bronson on the phone sounds like hes a good laugh

  • Love the advice, makes good sence ;)

  • you are the greatest tom hardy.

  • This was fantastic lol. I love how when Tom's telling what Charlie said, he adapts the Bronson-voice he used in the film. This actually made me laugh... Tom's brilliant.

  • I LOVE THIS!

    Amazing.

  • fukkin 'el this guy is.. .dope.

  • Man, Tom Hardy is some character. He'll be needing a biopic too, if his career goes where I hope it does

  • id love to meet charlie bronson sounds like a right character ...as long as he didnt take me hostage :) and Tom Hardy is such a good actor

  • i don't even know half the things he's saying but i don't care cause he is absolutely gorgeous!

  • lol he sounds really Amercian at 1.32

  • @TheTimbalanders I've noticed this too in various interviews. I think it was on the J Ross show and his accent sounded different every couple of minutes I thought I was trippin!

  • @TheTimbalanders I think he just adopts accents very easily, in almost every interview he has a different accent!

  • This is literally the best interview I've ever watched. And I could listen to his voice all day.

  • tom is fasinating to watch, hes got a nice voice, charismatic ,i think he will go far in films, one to watch defo.plus he was brilliant in bronson, great acting

  • lmfao that was amazing!

  • This is the greatest video I have ever watched.

  • what an interesting guy

  • tom hardy....top top actor...layer cake...the take....bronson

  • @avbilly and now inception

  • Great Actor, big future ahead of him imo

  • I do that acsent change thing he does. Guess lot in London do. Watched bronson couldn't believe how well he pulled that off and its nice that he gave a good insight into how he got into that mind set. He in my opinion the best young English actor.

  • he doesn't look anywhere near as built as in the film

  • what a guy. his portrayal of bronson was a stunner.

  • This film was horrifyingly good. Phenomenal performance from Tom Hardy, I cannot wait to see him in Inception.

  • "...cut it off"! I love it.

  • Charlie is now bearing the brunt of the film , . Ive put a song up for him on you tube (Its the same old game) Give it a listen Hope you enjoy and see

  • @Tool2525 who's brandon?

  • @gayspoon

LOL..........I think he means Brandon "The Crow" Lee, Bruce Lee's son that was killed...........or maybe he misspelled Brando............

  • @Tool2525 what are you talking about? he never said he was the second coming of brando mate.

  • amazing

  • "sometimes you've gotta cut a little piece of yourself off, no matter how much it hurts, in order to grow, in order to move on." love that bit..

  • British prisoner CHARLES BRONSON should be a free man !!!!

  • how do i get my voice like this

evrything he says sounds HENCH its so funny

  • in every interview i see him in he talks totally different. Some times he sounds really posh, other times he sounds like ali g lol

  • Where can I find Patrick Monroe's training videos?

    (P.M. was Tom's trainer)

  • LOVE THIS!

  • why is he so small? i mean, in the movie hes huge! :O

  • Tom Hardy will star in the next Mad Max movie.

  • hes smaller than me in this video, wtf? in bronson hes about 13 stone and hes about the same in the take and wuthering heights, but hes massive in the pics from his fansite of him in training for The Warrior, 15 stone of muscle now, skinny here tho.

  • @GoinDownToJunkieTown Only takes a couple of months of protein shakes and hitting the gym to bulk up several stone. You can lose it in weeks. We are 70% water.

  • he's awesome in the Virgin Queen too... I love how he puts so much emotion into whatever he does whether it be a film or an advert. Tom Hardy Rocks! Plus he's seriously hot *drools*

  • Mmmm TOM HARDY!!! SEXXXY MUCH?

How can his girlfriend leave that?

  • I don't think she did leave him, more like the other way round. I read that he fell for co star Charlotte Riley whilst filming "The Take" but they didn't get together until Wuthering Heights, how true it is I wish I knew but I love the thought of them being in love as Kathy and Heathcliff but he does have a beautiful little son with Rachael so that's really sad.

  • watch him in martina cole the take hes fab in it

  • he was brilliant in wuthering heights this boy will go far

  • seen 2 of his films bronson was awesome rock n rolla was fuckin terrible
