after watching it, i don't know if i would be that much better at breaking down a chicken.

in our house, it's more common to just stuff the stuffing inside and not cut a chickden up like that until you're ready to serve it.
in fact, I wasn't expecting that you could do that...

I have to agree with you, and it actually seems like it takes a lot more effort working with the shears... looks messy too.
