I’m curious. What’s that smoking pipe in the street at the very end of this video? It’s a big red and white striped pipe and it has smoke coming out of it in the middle of the street. I’m from Cicero, Illinois and I’ve never been to NYC. Are those smoking pipes in the middle of the street common in NYC? I’m just curious because I’ve never been there.

I don't know if it was because of the antennas being gone but when you where trying to call someone on their cell or vice versa, it would say something along like 'the person you are trying to call can not be located at this time" and if you were trying to make a call from a landline or payphone there was either a fast busy signal or 'your call can not be completed at this time". It was mentioned in the news that the systems were overloaded. I remember lines of ppl wait ing to use working phones
