It seems that I'm in the minority on this one here, but I really don't think that the video is all that bad. I am a veteran of the Marine Corps, and served in OIF 1, and currently a college student now. I've read a lot of other papers with students and grammar and usage errors are a major issue. I think that the student is being unreasonable. You don't get grades, they are earned. She gave him her feedback about how to work on the issues. I wasn't offended by this video at all

At 4:12, the "veteran" points out that the "instructor" has made her feelings "about the war" known. Penn State may have wanted to make veterans look bad, but the scripted convo at 4:12, combined with the knowledge of the time+effort+resources it took to create this vid,makes the veteran character's point.
