there is a weighted pullup competition on bodybuilding . com in the Misc Forum. thought you might be interested and there arent many female competitiors. you should be able to find the thread about it
never mind the pull ups (they are ok for sure) but the bar set up is brilliant! wish i'd thought of setting the bar into a corner like this years ago, i've been trying to work out where i could set up my chin bar in my house for ages as i don't have two opposing solid walls anywhere that are close enough, and if close enough then one will not be solid construction, two exterior walls meeting in a corner is genius!!! thanks
