Despite my early skepticism, Chris Evans was not only perfect as Steve Rogers, but is one of the best on screen protagonists to come along in years. Evans really tapped into both the naive and "super soldier" aspects of the character, and as a huge comic book fan, I am beyond happy to know that he will return to the role. He convinced me that he IS Captain America, and he IS the leader of the Avengers.
