It is very confusing that the police complain about the woman going limp, and then Antonio doesn't and they react as if he is resisting by not going limp. Can't they get their story straight? Get an attorney, have it on record.... CC: the document of intent to prosecute under civil liberty laws, and criminal. If they assaulted you, lying under oath, perjury, is a very serious crime, and one their buddies, if they were present, might not be willing to take that risk. It is very confusing that the police complain about the woman going limp, and then Antonio doesn't and they react as if he is resisting by not going limp. Can't they get their story straight? Like the chief saying that the dash cam video shows that the officers acted appropriately, but then he refuses to release the video. The police always say if you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't mind some scrutiny, but it appears that they do have something to hide here.

Get an attorney, have it on record.... CC: the document of intent to prosecute under civil liberty laws, and criminal. If they assaulted you, lying under oath, perjury, is a very serious crime, and one their buddies, if they were present, might not be willing to take that risk. Having it on record is important, because if this same officer does this again, there is no record of it happening, and 'internal affairs (laughable) is entitled to investigate, then go from there.

I would like to see the dash cam too, but if he did not spit, why is it immediately after wrestling him to the ground do you hear the cop ask "why did you spit in my face?" Makes you wonder. I was a cop and sometimes people think they can yell in your face when you are effecting an arrest and what they are doing is endangering the officer by distracting him from the job at hand.
