This song brings back great memories. I like the part that the song also changes a little dependening on where you are flying over it was a realy subtle but sweet touch. I have dreamcast and game cube versions. I remember with the vmu thats how you fed cupil. Also on the vmu u had your flag on the screen. Bar none one of the greatest RPGs ever. This would make 1 hell of an mmo. Why hasent sega brought this back?

My favorite part of the game, even though all of it was awesome, was the part where you had to go through the wind vortex into unknown territory to get to the Japan Contient...and you went inside your ship and the shutters were down, nice touch Sega...I love this game.

Skies of Arcadia is the best RPG and at the very least better than every PS2 Final Fantasy combined, no question. Your brother is a fool, but there is still some great gaming to be done on the PS2.

However, NOTHING tops SoA, it is the greatest RPG that ever was.

I used to just chill out in midair so I could hear this theme. It always seemed to sum up the whole atmosphere of the game...this bold sense of exploration and adventure. I've never seen any rpg that could quite match it.

I believe in the same year, grandia 2 was released for the DC as well. Oh man never since the snes was i so excited for rpgs on consoles. Ever since then i haven't cared one bit for any other rpgs.
