I have never seen a jiu-jitsu game improved by Ginastica....I have merely seen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champions pocket money to "make videos" or "endorse" this awful method.

Andre Galvao has no record of Ginastica training until after he won the Worlds. Same applies for Xande & Saulo.

Yeah and Saulo told Diego who couldn't take BJ Penn down for 4 rounds, "Diego, take him down, just explode and take him down" - Saulo got owned by my boy Mike Fowler and Fowler does NOT do ginastica.

This dvd is excellent. Much better than volume one. Great stuff, fun to do and great for bjj players.

Prof. Romano is awesome! I was fortunate enough to participate in one of his seminars at Renzo's NYC academy back in '00. Not only was i sore in places I never knew I had, but, Prof Romano gave me the shirt off his back!
