A 16 year old kid was stabbed in the neck just after he got off of a bus. As far as we know he was not part of a gang but the people who killed him planned the attack so it's thought the target on his head may have been 'cos he was caught up in something with those who ARE in a gang. He went to a school that has a lot of members of the gang T-Block.
