I cannot speak about all of the TacFit programs, but I know that TacFit Warrior has 5 levels of difficulty - "from Gramma to Grand Master". I believe it is a body-weight exercise program that integrates mental conditioning with the workouts. Just do a Google search for TacFit Warrior. It also comes with a diet program.
Hi there Scott! I've taken a look into your programs such as tacfit commando and now tacfit warrior via your vids. And its look very appealing to me. It would be sweet I think 2 follow them one day. the only thing is that I am a overweight female with 50lbs excess weight! I do workout regurlarly on a 3 day basis( dumbell& bodyweight training)but never done something like this. Is there anything like a beginner/roukie level in your programs? Is it even possible to do these while being overweight?
he never stops creating....tacfit is amazing. i teach crossfit but I like tacfit better. i cant lie. cant wait to join the team one day. im learning clubbells prasara flowfit and intuflow now.
