  • Sorry for the slow reply, I'm just getting the You tube thing down. Yes, I've been training athletes and every day individuals for over 25 years. we've used the ProFlex Stretch in football, golf, martial arts, tennis, baseball, basketball, you name it. It's used in the fitness industry as well, we had a row of them in my club. It's great when people can get a 5 minute stretch and measure progress, they really get pumped when they see posative feedback.

  • Cool stuff! What do you guys do to measure your increases in flexibility?

  • I guess they may use a goneometer or sit and reach test
