Now you think it was an inside job? You have got to be kidding! That is extreme cynicism. I think the best response is the video response, using John Denvers words. We are capable of such horrors, and such wonders, as human beings. Our government has been guilty of much in the past, but this accusation is just ludicrous. Appreciate what the first responders did, but to claim that our government did this is just plain crazy.

Sorry pat, it's a simple matter of recorded history. The depth of the cover-up behind 9/11, from the stand-down of NORAD to the white-wash 9/11 Commission Report, proves internal complicity in the events of 9/11. There's simply no other way it could have happened, unless you believe that Al Qaeda got NORAD to stand down, and made all that security tape footage of the Pentagon strike magically disappear, and melted down all the WTC wreckage so it couldn't be analysed...

Forget politics, forget whos guilty, at least for the moment, 9/11 first responders are still dying from ailments caused from working on world trade center scene. over 80 first responders have died, hundreds perhaps thousands are still affected. Dont respond to this, find the name of a first responder, mail him or her a card with 1, or 5, or 10 dollars, you dont have to be mushy just say "thanks". Do the same for a family who lost a member in the war. No more bullshitting, get it done.

Also, pull your head out of your ass and realize that the Peak Oil situation is not a ploy by our governemnt or the oil companies. It's a scientific fact! libertystorm, i've determined the truth. your heart can tell you anything it wants to but that doesn't make it true. personally i find the "LIHOP" theory to be much more plausible than the "MIHOP" theory (obviously because the MIHOP theory would have to involve WAYYY too many people). if you want a new investigation, bring it to court. holding up a bunch of "omg!wtc was a controlled demolition" signs isn't going to do anything.

Your beloved government has only one simple conspiracy theory to explain the extremely complex events. If you would know all the facts the Commission Report left out, you'd find this theory not convincing. There are so many theories because most 9/11 researchers have done their homework independently. We don't know the exact chain of command, because obviously those with the power to order it have the power to silence those who executed it.

Good luck trying to convince people who believe there is a government conspiracy behind everything. The same people who deal with government inefficiency on a regular basis are nonetheless convinced that the government is able to pull off stuff like this, while everyone involved keeps the secret. You got it wrong, you're using the sheep argument... There's a conspiracy behind the government, not of the government. Inefficiencies of the government are great for such a thing, since the conspiracy itself is, in JFK's words, "a highly efficient machine". Don't think for a minute that FEMA was set up to actually help people or that the Carlyle Group, Halliburton etc. want peace in the Middle East.
