Did you know if you want to be a Pilot for an Airline or an Air Traffic Controller you must speak English. - It's for safety. Even when Iran's dictator Mahmoud Ahmadinejad comes to the USA his Pilot must speak English to communcate with the ATC. If you want to drive a city Bus or a Train in the USA you must speak English. - I think if you want a license to drive a car in the USA you must speak English for safety reasons only!
