yes latinamerica people are Spanish speakers, since they learn according to the Spanisch real academy standars. There are of course some variations from country to country but in the same extend happens to English in the different English speaking countries. But the fact doesnt change You are still English native speakers. Ciento noventa without Y is the right one.
Sorry you got my message wrong, I wasn't asking for a philo-geo-linguistic course on those rather obvious things (though just 2 things, I a sorry, but if "latinamerica people are Spanish speakers", what is your definition of latinamerican people, and I am NOT a Native English speaker).
What I was asking was if all the people speaking IN THIS VIDEO, were Spanish native speakers.

Good question. Hispanic are all people who were born in Spanish speaaking countries Spain is whithin this group, but then isnt in the latinamerica even though they have spanish too. But this even tricky for me too just the way we are separated from spaniards. Maybe someone else can help you more than I.
