this is no suprise to me see my videos of it in my building
My living hell is tchc
see my rants on here of the gag order they are tring to place on me....join 275 bleecker street on facebook, hear our stories i went 2 years with out a proper working fridge with hep c meds and hiv meds
I live in 200 Wellesley St E on the 12th floor the safety latch on the garbage shoot is broken the hole in the wall is so big I could throw a pony down the shoot from 10 feet away.
Today at 6:00am I took my garbage out and I heard “help help I am going to fall” when I opened the garbage room door there was a 10 year old child in the shoot hanging from his feet!
I pulled the kid out, if I took my garbage out 5 minutes later the kids would of fell 12 stories and would surely be dead.
Yesturday I spoke with Toronto Star columnist Joe Fiorito, I just sent him an email.

Just letting you know that a couple hours after you left 200 Wellesley the 12th floor garbage shoot room was locked, then in the early hours of the morning the garbage shoot was fixed (I heard it was fixed at 3am), thanks for your help I will surely keep your business card in a safe place.
Tomorrow they are checking under my sink for leaky pipes, when I have told them my fridge leaks for 3 years?
Ontario Coalition Against Poverty is organizing TCHC residents to hold TCHC accountable for the state of disrepair of its buildings. We're collecting complaints of building and unit problems, organizing a contingent of tenants to attend the next TCHC board meeting, and have made a map of TCHC buildings where you can post comments and photos (communitywalk dot com/tchc). I told building management at 9:00am and they thought it was funny?
It is now 5:15pm and nothing has been done, all they have to do is turn a key to lock the door.
1 year ago there was broken glass in the hallway and at least 12 kids cut them selves on it, it took them 2 weeks to clean it up?
