So......I sent my pistol back to Sig, and indeed their were some issues with it. The trigger bar on it was bad, consequently giving me a dead trigger roughly every 4 to 5 rounds. They replaced the trigger bar with a new polished one and it functions great now.
I counted 4 missed out of 15, not bad at all, considering the distance, it was like 20-25 meters, right ? What are the gun laws in US, do you need to report back to the authorities why you've shoot a whole mag ? Because here in Europe, you have to, unless you go to a shooting range. Great gun, btw.
@kvarbanov it was about 19 meters (20 Yards or so) We do not have any law like that. The farm is private property so we can shoot as much ammo as we want for how ever long we want :-)
@njhunter1108 Well, yeah. Acquiring a gun with license is a painful procedure, you must have a safe locked place at home, you must report how much, when and why you emptied a whole mag, etc, etc. So, as a guy like me, who just likes guns with no bad intention, I can only afford going to the shooting range, because the legal procedure is a mess. Have fun in your private property (envy mood) :)
@kvarbanov seriously?? i think i would go nuts if i had to report shooting a whole mag. why would the government need to know that?!? im glad i live in the good ole USA!!
@jarehad0415 I was discussing US gun laws this noon with friends, because we had, this morning, another killed person on one of the main boulevards in the capital Sofia. That wouldn't have been the case if everyone was allowed to carry a gun, but here, Bulgaria, only the mobsters are allowed to, as well as the military and law people.
For the rest, I've already described it - nearly impossible. We are live meat to shoot at. Sometimes I want to live in US just for that reason alone.
@kvarbanov yeah, thats the main problem with making guns illegal like that, the bad guys will always have them no matter what, and the good citizens cant protect themselves when law enforcement is not present. I'm sorry to hear about that brother, maybe one day you and you're freedom loving friends can live here.
@jarehad0415 Probably moving to US is the easier option. Amending gun laws sounds like a plausible idea to many people, but none of them have enough influence to the gov. Even though the latter are our servants, as democratic theory says. Currently, the democracy in our country is still "DEMO".
Example: the law says that you need to respond to an attacker with the same type of weapon he has. Shall you have a pistol against knife, you are going to jail. How stupid is that. Sorry for the offtopic
You always carry a camera when your on your tractor? That was good shooting. I bought the exact same firearm chambered in 9mm and have had nothing but problems out of it. I dont know whats wrong with mine every body else i have met with one loves it.
@dow3312 I put mine to the test man. I'm really hard on my handguns. I shot about 5000 rounds through it without a misfire or jam, I love that reliability. And it's really accurate. I've never heard of anyone having problems with the Sig SP 2022 9mm.

I think it is a good idea to carry on the tracter...why not? I carry my sig or my glock in my vehicle...mostly a 40 cal.
