this was a very interesting video compared to the others he's got up. Idk about the types of language used in heree but getting high off veggies doesn't seem like it's gettin the right message across. Apart from that i liked the concepts gone over in this video. the goal setting is extremely important. I know for myself that this part of overall fitness can be the most satisfying part of your workout regime because of the sense of fulfillment/accomplishment you have when you reach your goal(s).
@bandoleers For me personally, the feeling I get after drinking a green smoothie or eating fresh fruit and vegetables all day is similar to when I smoke marijuana. It is something I didnt believe until I felt it myself.
It's so nice to hear you starting to train. I saw your self-confessed injured video and found that hard to believe. But, I wonder the reason you got injured could be that you did not give yourself enough time to rest between intense training. Your body didn't have enough to rebuild the damages so it was vulnerable to accident. I wonder whether you have thought of that.

you always drink those juices arash, I think it would be better if you just ate them whole vegtable or fruit. The plum gives you fiber you know..But drinking is fine too :) I find it easier to just eat the vegtable or fruit

@Issaquan5 he uses a juicer in one of his videos. you can also use a blender if u want to keep the fiber of the fruit and vegetables. i think both are great although i prefer a juicer because there s plenty of amazing recipes that keep you thriving. i only use a blender if combine for example some greens with nuts and seeds etc.

it took me 2 years of training before i did my first muscle up. you can't expect to do it in 1 week. it should be a long term goal.
p.s. Pull Ups are very good exercises to achieve your goal of doing muscle ups.

It helped me to reach muscle up with ease.
