reyeskid, in terms, you're right. The Prison in Sao Paulo existed. Rebelions, fights, pretty much the context of SONA, but not that much! Watch the movie, Carandiru. It gives you a very good idea about what it was, and reminds you Prison Break for sure.

actually it's based on a real prison in brazil called Carandiru i think.. same story as sona except no one escaped lol and 10 years after the government took it back
