With an EAN 13 digit bar code one number is a check digit used to verify the bar code has been read correctly. It appears that your bar code producer produces bar codes even for a set of numbers that is not valid. Is that correct or does it generate a valid check digit as the last digit? Thanks

It generates a valid check digit.

If the user enters just 12 digits, TBarCode Office computes the check digit automatically. If the user enters 13 digits, TBarCode Office displays an error in the case of an invalid check digit.

For special purpose applications TBarCode can be adjusted to accept non-standard check digits (e.g. for in-house applications)

@T3rrar there are several methods: one is to insert a picture with the background image into the required page. Then right click it and select "Behind text" in the "Wrap text" menu.

I stumbled across this really sweet site, youzap.webs.com, recently for generating these QR codes. It allows you to create personal ID QR codes as well as QR codes for eBay products, Flick images, Twitter accounts, email addressess, and Youtube videos.
