Is this your 2nd time you faced Palkia after killing him the first time? Because I just don't believe that you got the National Dex without fighting Palkia.

Also, give one of your pokemon False Swipe. Makes things a bit easier for legendaries if they can neither heal nor recoil. Gives you time up until it uses Struggle.
