  • Actually to jump higher you need to have a ''looser'' hamstring. Without that your vertical will increase only a little. I'm a Freshmen 5' 8'' and can touch rim 2/3 times.

  • to jump higher you don't need to get tired, you need to lift heavy ( witiht 3 rep range) and pylometrics.

  • @OFFYandrew Hey man, I was wondering if you could tell me what exercises would help increase my vertical the most and how many sets and reps. I'm a 14 yr old guy ( by the way I'm using my sisters account) and I only have about a 14 inch jump. I'm 6 ft and can only just touch the ring so it would be awesome if I could dunk it. Thanks!

  • on a serious note, im 5'8" an i have a 27 inch vertical.... 2 weeks ago i had only a 14 inch vertical.... 2 more weeks an ill dunk but i have a coach to push me so if you wanna know secrets about really increasing your vert, message me or whatever
