Tekkouki ("Steel Armor Oni") of the Hundred Demons Empire. His mech, the Mecha Tekkouki (I think) is his personal machine. As far as I know, not an Oni Getter Robo, since some of the other named Oni have personal machines as well.

btw at 3:52 anyone notice how the guy screamed in the split second BEFORE the attack killed him? As if he knew he was screwed. GETTER SHIIIIIINE!!!!
