secret is just time, and tape,

i wait till my lobes are loose as fuck before i go up a size, and if its a tad bit difficult to go up to the next size i use plumbing tape, it takes usally 2 days before i go the the size. took me 2 1/2 months to get to 50mm, my ears loosen quickly, i'll make a video showing my ears and nose again soon.
