I like how this vid doesnt just show his best highlights but how he really played in the match. Very detailed and lets you get to know the player much better than just seeing some fancy tricks and goals.
To be successful in Europe is challenging for most Japanese soccer players because of different languages, culture n prejudice against them. Plus, most young diamonds get burned out after while because most of them start playing soccer since they are 8~10 full time.
Japan seems to produce very talented young players but not many of them seem to succeed as adults. Hiryama, Ito and Umesaki all went to Europe early in their career with high hopes but they've all been disappointing. Let's hope that players like Kakitani and Morimoto can change that trend for the better.
japan was playing north korea i think, or south korea. it was the finals of asian cup held in singapore 2 years back. he scored that beauty goal and he made that through ball on the same day. i was at the stadium!
Kakitani is a real diamond for japanese football!! If he continues to progress, he could become one of the best japanese soccer player ever!! I think he his better than nakata and nakamura when they where 17. He may be in a good europeen clup in the future. I'm sure he has the potential to become the best japanese soccer player of all times.he si quick, fun to watch, good technically, good vision, and he is a good goalscorer. he has everything on his side reach his dreams! sky is the limit Kaki
