I needed to rectify, don' care if I spelled that wrong, is that I found in single player, the terrorists just die so easily with the bolt action rifles, even if you hit them in the leg they die. Pretty unrealistic.

Scout Tactical has the highest rate of reloading and cocking for bolt action snipers, but the PSG is my gun of choice in urban or multi people moving every where sniper since it is semi automatic. Just a tip when using it. The reason people miss is because they fire too fast as if they think they are shooting a pistol.

TAKE YOUR TIME FIRING AND YOU'LL HIT HIM AND PROBABLY KILL HIM WITH ON SHOT. Go for the upper torso from chest to head.

The scout is actually...weaker. The bullets are Fucked up for some reason. You could hit a guy square in the friggin chest at POINT BLANK and they still wouldn't die. Half the time idiots keep using the PSG-1 thinking that it beats a freaking scout but it doesn't. Ubisoft really fucks up some weapon damages these days.
