i just use curse of agony,curroption,immolate,conflagerate,then soul fire...my soule fire is about 2.80 cast.. and a 4% chance when my elf hits the enemy that my soul fire is instant..and that acurse alot,im only lvl 80 right now

@Thatsamazinglol I disagree. Not to mention I stated it's a Priority System not a Rotation. There's been plenty of debate on Immo>Conflag>ChaosBolt // Immo>ChaosBolt>Conflag. I do agree that Immo>CB>Conflag is higher dps and would argue that all day long, solely due to GCD issue. But it's not a big difference and my statement was correct. You should cast Conflag whenever possible > all spells other than Curses.
CoE only if you don't have someone else putting the de-buff on the target (I.E. Unholy Death Knight's Ebon Plague that increases magic damage dealt, or an Affliction Warlock's CoE [malediction gives it another 3% magic damage, bumping it up to 13%]).
lol i know i was just fooling around the addon is recount and it keeps track of the damage you do until you reset it, it also averages that damage into dps.
all those are raw stats with only buffs coming from myself.
but imo your rotation is a lil off, it should be more like (CoD) > Immo. > Chaos Bolt > Conflag > Incinerate spam > conflag again...u just repeat that rotation till there is less then 1 min. left on the boss in which u will replace CoD with CoA. another tip, I alwasy use my trinks in the begining of the fights so that they are back up when bloodlust is usually up.

Spell power, critical strike rating, stamina those 3 are what you need with my lock i got 3k sp, 30% crit strike, and 26k hp self buffed *no haste, a good warlock and kill with no haste* P.S use instants in pvp too if you do what i say with the crit strike and sp Confllage, Shadowburn, Shadowfurry will do great dmg hope this helps :D
i have the same rotation and i only pull like 4k dps sometimes 3.6 maybe cause its just gear? i have item level 221 and above. im not sure why i use CoE instead of doom and i life tap alot i dunno plz help thnx.
I've posted many many times regarding this. My video IS outdated. It shows 3.2.0. The rotation is pretty much the same in 3.3.+, but Corruption is definetly useless in the more recent patches. When I made this video Corruption was debatable. If you want to do more damage, and your just starting to get gear (just hit 80), I'd suggest trying both - No corruption, and corruption. Recommended = No corruption, or if you HAVE to move and not appropriate to LT or Conflag.
ya people who take it down to the .1 secs is retarded. if a guy beats me cuz hes making sure he casts every spell within a .5 a second of his spells or w.e. then he desereves to win. Not a rotation issue. You are better geared than I, not to mention this was 3.2 (hence the title), and yours was 3.3... Conflag update is a nice DPS increase. Your vid is nice, don't get me wrong, mine is instructional not showing DPS.
Its a very nice rotation and im using it myself (look alike) corrubtion is not needed but it says that if you read on the screen too.. But you have to think of you gear ^^ dps depends on gear and rotation and gems remember that if you only doing 2k or something
Nice vid. The only thing i would change is in your initial rotation, start obviously with curse, then immolate, chaos, conflag...just due to the split second of down time between immo and conflag. Other than that it's pretty spot on, other than the whole corruption bit. ;-)
TRUST ME life tap every 20 sec. Reasons why, 1- keep mana 2-your dps doesnt drop if you life tap one time every 20 sec, 3-say in long fights you stop dpsing and life tap and a aoe hits you YOUR DEAD 4- sometimes if you start a fight off with life tap it will trigger a trinket to kick in LIFE TAP PEOPLE! dont listen to him
ya and no its a bad opener because of the fact that it still has a GC where in that time if u had just casted imolate first u would have been able to start your rotation out faster which leaves u 1 second more room for higher damagin spells on the boss like chaos bolt,conflag or inc.

ok for u scrubs out there, corruption is a waste of a GLOBAl COOLDOWN!!!! never cast it ever. also cast conflag after chaos bolt when u start off, it spikes your dps so u look better on them metters and u can then use you 3 backdrafts on incinerate, faster more damage done and higher dps.
Corruption is a good opener as you can get an immolate off before the first tick of Corruption. Also if your spec'd Molten Fury Corruption is a must; and you should use Chaos Bolt after Conflag not before, Conflag procs Pyroclasm which will make your Chaos Bolt much more powerful and since it's a slower cast time than incinerate it's much more DPS efficient.
alright really the only thing i see wrong is i know u explaind the corruption but u should start out with on a boss fight CoD, immo, chaos bolt then conflag because if the GCD makes it pointless to conflag for backdraft and then chaos bolt
TBH start rotation would be CoE/CoD>Immolate>Corruption(just filling in)>conflag>CB>incen spam refresh immo and use Conflag and CB whenever they are off CD
after you cast immolate you will get a delay before conflag can cast
you should cast chaos bolt THEN conflag
then spam incinerate
also if you get the chaos bolt glyph the 2 cooldowns will both be 10 seconds and start at the same time so you can get in another chaos bolt followed by conflag burst just as the immolate wears off, the more haste you have the easier you can fit in the last chaos bolt+conflag

DPS'd on a non-boss mob b/c in a raid we ALWAYS have an Spriest or Boomkin to provide spell hit debuff. No point in testing on a boss when would be missing 2-3% of the time. Also, Top DPS I've pulled around the time of this video in a tank/spank fight was 7k on Patch. Raid buffs and knowing what to do make a big difference. Vid was for basics.
for the last time. Yes it can. Corruption will lower your dps if you use it all the time. It's best used when you CANNOT cast, or need a filler other than Life Tap (fights where you move... or beginners should try it out b/c most new locks won't have enough crit to outdmg corruption).
i'd like to add its prob a good idea if you put points in improved shadow bolt. to throw atleast 1 of those up at the beginning to get that tasty buff on the mob. it lasts a while so you dont have to do shadowbolt too much.
Glyph of life tap is only good after you're in good gear with spirit on it, otherwise it significantly lowers dps. I'll give you that the rotations isn't great, and corruption should be eliminated in tank and spank fights, but doing 5k dps whether it's on a dummy or not, nothing is carrying him.
He´s Rotation is good if you want to do nice Damage, Not High Dps.. I just go, Immo> Chaos > Conflag > Incinirate and continiue like that for best high dps. But he is kinda right with the best Damage ^^

Had more success my way due to the following: sure 0.5 sec lost casting, OR LESS, but Chaos Bolt now benefits from Backlash, AND Pyroclasm... Making Chaos Bolt soo much stronger. Had my rotation work better. Thx for the suggestion though.
No, you shouldn't. There are at least 2 other classes that can provide the +13% magic dmg debuff that CoE can provide. To maximize your dps output you should use CoD. CoA once fight will be ~= 59 seconds or less. I said "CoD normally". In a normal raid you should have a boomkin, or Unholy DK. IF NOT, you can apply CoE. It's a necessary buff, but chances are some1 else can do it.
I got 4/5 t9. rest is toc 10/25 gear. ive spent alot of time testing the variation between corrupyion in my rotation and without. The dps dif for me is so slight. 5450-5500 self buffed. better got without it if u got alot of haste . more sp may give it the upperhand though. it might be better. best try for urselves.
It's not good to use it in standard tank spank fights because it takes a GCD every 15seconds I think, but in fights that involve lots of movement Corr is good to use to make sure you're still doing damage.
1.Glyph of Life Tap is superior to Immolate in every, not just if you don't have improved soul leech. A life tap every 40 seconds (which you will need to do more than that anyway) will give you in the ballpark of 100-150SP. 150SP applied to all spell is far superior to 10% on immolate.
2. Corruption shouldn't be a high priority, particularly in a stand still fight (ie Patchwerk). If you are in a highly mobile fight you can use it when running, if you do not need to life tap.
i was playing with my lock about a month ago (i ve stopped now) gear: t8.5 and i was hitting 6k dps + . But i didnt use corruption.. i think its a loss of time since they removed the molten core from destro...
I've made MANY notes and comments on this. Corruption is good, if your starting out, or on a heavy moving fight. I've broken 6k dps w/ my gear. I think your SP is a little low lk1407, not sure. Been awhile since i've raided. but I was 8.5 4/5 w/ t9 shoulders. I know I don't have the best gear, but this is a guide.. it's not a show off, and it's also not meant to be above all others. It's for new players, or new to destro. Raided last week, 3rd on dps, almost worst gear there. pulled 5.4k in 10
curse is useless only use it on boss.. because you lose too much time on trash mob... and for me its 1. immolate 2. Chaos bolt ( because the you conflagrate is note direct so its better to cast it just after the chaos bolt its more direct.) 3. incinerate.
Why did you put a point in fel synergy and demonic power? Also, i see a lot of people on my server (Madoran) who don't have shadowfury, why is that? Is it because all raid bosses can't be stunned?
Demonic Embrace? well b/c if your dead your not dpsing. if you want, you can do 2/2 fel synergy and 2/2 imp. healthstone, but these are really just filler points that are only moderately helpful.
shadowfury doesnt do alot of damage, but the thing alot of people dont understand is it doesnt reset/affect the GCD at all, hit it and keep going just like you normaly would and it can only increase dps
tbh i havent been following warlocks when it comes to patch notes, did they remove conflag consuming immolate/shadowflame as a standard now as they did with lavaburst/flame shock? or does one still need to glyph for it??
As of 3.2.2 (current) Conflagrate still consumes Immolate or Shadowflame. The Glyph is still the only way to have it not consume the spell. Based on what I'm seeing. The new changes to Conflagrate, in 3.3 doesn't affect the glyph, so it should still be used.
Dominoes(bar mod), FuBar, AllinoneInventory, Omen, Recount, DBM, Atlas, Atlasloot, Quartz, Xperl-Unitframes, and like some non-important ones I don't remember off the top of my head.

your about 400 sp lower than myself. This would account for maybe 1k dps. I'd say that's got to be it, unless your lagging a lot. what's your character's name and server so I can check it out. Could be SP, Crit, Haste. all these play into your dps. SP and crit are VERY important, while haste is equally important... if your not critting there's no point in casting quicker.
This is what i do CoE(only use every 5mins)->corrupt->immolate->chaos bolt->conflag->incinerate till chaos off CD then repeat 2nd part without CoE or corrupt then repeat 1st half without CoE
I leave corrupt out because with my gear sometimes you cant cast corrupt even with it on last second because its too powerful costing precious seconds, i also conflag after chaos bolt because in msot cases people will have a slight lag on immo dot before conflag is avaliable
That's very true, but for opening situations, having that slight lag won't matter, since the tanks need a little time for threat... and if you crit with all those openers, has happened ALOT, it's instant hate towards you.
Hey mat i like the vid i wish i could have seen it when i was just starting to raid. i like what you said about using corruption when moving. a tip i found is to put a bit of dmg on the boss and for the tank to get threat as i run into range i pop coa and corr so that once im set into possition(EG korolon) i can cod then rotate. in most raids i cant seem to hit above 4.5 k in 10 man 25 im not too sure cause my computer stinks. nice gear. I haven't been able to raid but 2-3 times since ToC has been out due to my new job. I'm kind of stuck w/ the gear I have. Also to continue my prev response. I use CB after Conflag, and to start the fight I always use corruption. Give the tank some more time for threat. Which is more important than DPS.
You messed up on your first rotation at the very beggining its Immolate Chaos Bolt than Conflag and spam Inccenerate 6 times by the time u spam inccenterate 6 times conflag and choas bolt should be up and immolate should be wearing off...do more if u have the haste to but make sure to keep immolate up ur glyphs and spec are best for now
I usually put of curse of elements as it does show higher dps...now if there is another warlock ( Affliction) that has improved curse than put of CoD for sure
It's been shown through much testing and theorycrafting that CB after Immo in the beginning is not the best option. Depending on your lag it may work out better, but having Conflag crit and then casting Chaos Bolt means your STRONGEST spell just got a dmg boost. Chaos Bolt should ALWAYS be cast during a Pyroclasm proc if possible. Obviously if CB is off CD use it... but it benefits the MOST from backlash, and Pyroclasm. That's why I don't cast it b4 Conflag.
Once you hit 80, and get a little bit of gear that won't be too difficult to achieve. As soon as you hit 80... expect to do 1.5 -2k dps. If you're doing more, GREAT!
Showing from boss would be trivial to point out a rotation. Not only would I have improved hit from Spriest or Boomkin in a raid, I'd have other dmg increasing buffs. Putting it on the non-boss 80 mob gives a more realistic dps simulation... Not to mention, this was NOT to show off. This is to help people out.
tried cor in my roto before immo and got just about the same results as without... seems like an extra spell for no reason to me... unless of course a filler spell if you are moving around a lot. But first fillers should always be conflag and LT when on the move. Good vid non the less.
See, I've had EXACTLY the same results, but keep getting told corruption sucks. I always used it and had no problems outdpsing ppl. Stopped using it and did about the same, maybe a little better. I added an Annotation to the vid about how corr is only for movement fights.
What's your Crit at? Because Haste "theoretically" gives more dps, but if your not critting haste is pointless. I'd say just let it come to you man. I've got 23.57% crit (showing on the dummy) and 284(8.66%) haste. I'm not the best geared warlock out there, but I play my guy well. Gear upgrades for locks generally move towards BiS... so just take it as ya see it. Crit is good to get... VERY good, but haste lets you cast more... I'd say crit first, then haste.
The consensus is, if you have the LT glyph, use Rank 1 before the pull (or as you're running in to aggro boss) then when it fades, use highest rank again, etc. Obviously if you run out of mana use it.
If you DON'T have the glyph, use it only when you need mana. It's a loss of GCD and DPS time, if you know that BL or Heroism is gonna be popped soon, LT up so you won't need to during your haste buff.
Is Corruption higher in DPCT than an incinerate? I'm not sure on the math but I don't really think it is. Also, I'd put up corruption and doom (if you're doing doom) after your conflag because of the pyroclasm buff, this is mostly for doom because it's one large number.
i use the same rotation as ANY other warlock on my server, who runs destro, but simply cant seem 2 hit the damn 4k - im mostly above 3k, but thats also going off, what am i doing wrong?
the 2 main things I can think of that would differentiate you from other warlocks, is GEAR, and Attentiveness.
If they have more gear, obviously they'll outdps you if you do the EXACT same things.
If you are being extremely Attentive, your watching when to cast what spells ahead of time, you NEVER stop casting, you don't die. you don't let your pet die... it's simple things that make all the difference in the long run.
I'm going to post this once, and comment however you like on it. I've used Corruption and tested my DPS, then I took it out and made very few mistakes (same as w/ corruption) and in theory, you CAN get more dps with no-corruption. IT may be a loss for you, test it and see. I've found, FOR ME, that It's on-par w/ Incinerate if not a little lower. I use it b/c in most fights, you have to move alot. I've pulled 7k dps w/ it, and 7k w/o it. It's a preference thing, I merely ask that you try it

Forget about Corruption if you want. It's up to you. I'm keeping it in the video, BECAUSE your moving alot and it makes it so you don't feel like a lvl 70 warlock.
If there is no difference between using corruption or not (which there is), then i recommend you not to use it.
Why? Because watching corruption timers et cetra will be a factor of disturbance while you play. Not watching corruption will let you pay more attention to different aspects of a boss fight.
Point's solid: Corruption is a dps loss AND something that's gonna get your focus from other thing, hence make you do more mistakes.
I see a problem with your rotation. IMHO COD is right on unless there is no Unholy DK or other Warlock then CoE is better for raid DPS. Then cast Immolate, Caos Bolt then Canflag (dont pop it first or its wasted on Immolate) then use Incinerate spam to fill the dead times. Conflag will come off timer before your immolate is up, dont pop it. at 1.5 sec on your immolate start to recast Immolate so its not clipped, then Caos Bolt then Conflag then filler nukes. Corruption is a loss in DPS

I've posted many many times regarding this. My video IS outdated. It shows 3.2.0. The rotation is pretty much the same in 3.3.+, but Corruption is definetly useless in the more recent patches. When I made this video Corruption was debatable. If you want to do more damage, and your just starting to get gear (just hit 80), I'd suggest trying both - No corruption, and corruption. Recommended = No corruption, or if you HAVE to move and not appropriate to LT or Conflag.

Its a very nice rotation and im using it myself (look alike) corrubtion is not needed but it says that if you read on the screen too.. But you have to think of you gear ^^ dps depends on gear and rotation and gems remember that if you only doing 2k or something

Nice vid. The only thing i would change is in your initial rotation, start obviously with curse, then immolate, chaos, conflag...just due to the split second of down time between immo and conflag. Other than that it's pretty spot on, other than the whole corruption bit. ;-)

ok for u scrubs out there, corruption is a waste of a GLOBAl COOLDOWN!!!! never cast it ever. also cast conflag after chaos bolt when u start off, it spikes your dps so u look better on them metters and u can then use you 3 backdrafts on incinerate, faster more damage done and higher dps.

Corruption is a good opener as you can get an immolate off before the first tick of Corruption. Also if your spec'd Molten Fury Corruption is a must; and you should use Chaos Bolt after Conflag not before, Conflag procs Pyroclasm which will make your Chaos Bolt much more powerful and since it's a slower cast time than incinerate it's much more DPS efficient.

actually that rotation is incorrect.
after you cast immolate you will get a delay before conflag can cast
you should cast chaos bolt THEN conflag
then spam incinerate
also if you get the chaos bolt glyph the 2 cooldowns will both be 10 seconds and start at the same time so you can get in another chaos bolt followed by conflag burst just as the immolate wears off, the more haste you have the easier you can fit in the last chaos bolt+conflag

DPS'd on a non-boss mob b/c in a raid we ALWAYS have an Spriest or Boomkin to provide spell hit debuff. No point in testing on a boss when would be missing 2-3% of the time. Also, Top DPS I've pulled around the time of this video in a tank/spank fight was 7k on Patch. Raid buffs and knowing what to do make a big difference. Vid was for basics.

for the last time. Yes it can. Corruption will lower your dps if you use it all the time. It's best used when you CANNOT cast, or need a filler other than Life Tap (fights where you move... or beginners should try it out b/c most new locks won't have enough crit to outdmg corruption).

i'd like to add its prob a good idea if you put points in improved shadow bolt. to throw atleast 1 of those up at the beginning to get that tasty buff on the mob. it lasts a while so you dont have to do shadowbolt too much.

Glyph of life tap is only good after you're in good gear with spirit on it, otherwise it significantly lowers dps. I'll give you that the rotations isn't great, and corruption should be eliminated in tank and spank fights, but doing 5k dps whether it's on a dummy or not, nothing is carrying him.

No, you shouldn't. There are at least 2 other classes that can provide the +13% magic dmg debuff that CoE can provide. To maximize your dps output you should use CoD. CoA once fight will be ~= 59 seconds or less. I said "CoD normally". In a normal raid you should have a boomkin, or Unholy DK. IF NOT, you can apply CoE. It's a necessary buff, but chances are some1 else can do it.

I got 4/5 t9. rest is toc 10/25 gear. ive spent alot of time testing the variation between corrupyion in my rotation and without. The dps dif for me is so slight. 5450-5500 self buffed. better got without it if u got alot of haste . more sp may give it the upperhand though. it might be better. best try for urselves.

It's not good to use it in standard tank spank fights because it takes a GCD every 15seconds I think, but in fights that involve lots of movement Corr is good to use to make sure you're still doing damage.

1.Glyph of Life Tap is superior to Immolate in every, not just if you don't have improved soul leech. A life tap every 40 seconds (which you will need to do more than that anyway) will give you in the ballpark of 100-150SP. 150SP applied to all spell is far superior to 10% on immolate.
2. Corruption shouldn't be a high priority, particularly in a stand still fight (ie Patchwerk). If you are in a highly mobile fight you can use it when running, if you do not need to life tap.

I've made MANY notes and comments on this. Corruption is good, if your starting out, or on a heavy moving fight. I've broken 6k dps w/ my gear. I think your SP is a little low lk1407, not sure. Been awhile since i've raided. but I was 8.5 4/5 w/ t9 shoulders. I know I don't have the best gear, but this is a guide.. it's not a show off, and it's also not meant to be above all others. It's for new players, or new to destro. Raided last week, 3rd on dps, almost worst gear there. pulled 5.4k in 10

As of 3.2.2 (current) Conflagrate still consumes Immolate or Shadowflame. The Glyph is still the only way to have it not consume the spell. Based on what I'm seeing. The new changes to Conflagrate, in 3.3 doesn't affect the glyph, so it should still be used.

your about 400 sp lower than myself. This would account for maybe 1k dps. I'd say that's got to be it, unless your lagging a lot. what's your character's name and server so I can check it out. Could be SP, Crit, Haste. all these play into your dps. SP and crit are VERY important, while haste is equally important... if your not critting there's no point in casting quicker.

This is what i do CoE(only use every 5mins)->corrupt->immolate->chaos bolt->conflag->incinerate till chaos off CD then repeat 2nd part without CoE or corrupt then repeat 1st half without CoE
I leave corrupt out because with my gear sometimes you cant cast corrupt even with it on last second because its too powerful costing precious seconds, i also conflag after chaos bolt because in msot cases people will have a slight lag on immo dot before conflag is avaliable

Hey mat i like the vid i wish i could have seen it when i was just starting to raid. i like what you said about using corruption when moving. a tip i found is to put a bit of dmg on the boss and for the tank to get threat as i run into range i pop coa and corr so that once im set into possition(EG korolon) i can cod then rotate. in most raids i cant seem to hit above 4.5 k in 10 man 25 im not too sure cause my computer stinks. I use CB after Conflag, and to start the fight I always use corruption. Give the tank some more time for threat. Which is more important than DPS.

You messed up on your first rotation at the very beggining its Immolate Chaos Bolt than Conflag and spam Inccenerate 6 times by the time u spam inccenterate 6 times conflag and choas bolt should be up and immolate should be wearing off...do more if u have the haste to but make sure to keep immolate up ur glyphs and spec are best for now
I usually put of curse of elements as it does show higher dps...now if there is another warlock ( Affliction) that has improved curse than put of CoD for sure

It's been shown through much testing and theorycrafting that CB after Immo in the beginning is not the best option. Depending on your lag it may work out better, but having Conflag crit and then casting Chaos Bolt means your STRONGEST spell just got a dmg boost. Chaos Bolt should ALWAYS be cast during a Pyroclasm proc if possible. Obviously if CB is off CD use it... but it benefits the MOST from backlash, and Pyroclasm. That's why I don't cast it b4 Conflag.

Once you hit 80, and get a little bit of gear that won't be too difficult to achieve. As soon as you hit 80... expect to do 1.5 -2k dps. If you're doing more, GREAT!

Showing from boss would be trivial to point out a rotation. Not only would I have improved hit from Spriest or Boomkin in a raid, I'd have other dmg increasing buffs. Putting it on the non-boss 80 mob gives a more realistic dps simulation... Not to mention, this was NOT to show off. This is to help people out.

No it would not be. For Destruction DPS you will NEVER use Shadow Bolt. Normally in a Raid you'll have that same buff applied somewhere else.
If there's an Affliction Warlock or a Meta lock in the raid, you will have them applying it due to their rotation.
No, don't get it. Will never use Shadow Bolt.

What's your Crit at? Because Haste "theoretically" gives more dps, but if your not critting haste is pointless. I'd say just let it come to you man. I've got 23.57% crit (showing on the dummy) and 284(8.66%) haste. I'm not the best geared warlock out there, but I play my guy well. Gear upgrades for locks generally move towards BiS... so just take it as ya see it. Crit is good to get... VERY good, but haste lets you cast more... I'd say crit first, then haste.

The consensus is, if you have the LT glyph, use Rank 1 before the pull (or as you're running in to aggro boss) then when it fades, use highest rank again, etc. Obviously if you run out of mana use it.
If you DON'T have the glyph, use it only when you need mana. It's a loss of GCD and DPS time, if you know that BL or Heroism is gonna be popped soon, LT up so you won't need to during your haste buff.

Is Corruption higher in DPCT than an incinerate? I'm not sure on the math but I don't really think it is. Also, I'd put up corruption and doom (if you're doing doom) after your conflag because of the pyroclasm buff, this is mostly for doom because it's one large number.

the 2 main things I can think of that would differentiate you from other warlocks, is GEAR, and Attentiveness.
If they have more gear, obviously they'll outdps you if you do the EXACT same things.
If you are being extremely Attentive, your watching when to cast what spells ahead of time, you NEVER stop casting, you don't die. you don't let your pet die... it's simple things that make all the difference in the long run.

I'm going to post this once, and comment however you like on it. I've used Corruption and tested my DPS, then I took it out and made very few mistakes (same as w/ corruption) and in theory, you CAN get more dps with no-corruption. IT may be a loss for you, test it and see. I've found, FOR ME, that It's on-par w/ Incinerate if not a little lower. I use it b/c in most fights, you have to move alot. I've pulled 7k dps w/ it, and 7k w/o it. It's a preference thing, I merely ask that you try it

If there is no difference between using corruption or not (which there is), then i recommend you not to use it.
Why? Because watching corruption timers et cetra will be a factor of disturbance while you play. Not watching corruption will let you pay more attention to different aspects of a boss fight.
Point's solid: Corruption is a dps loss AND something that's gonna get your focus from other thing, hence make you do more mistakes.

I see a problem with your rotation. IMHO COD is right on unless there is no Unholy DK or other Warlock then CoE is better for raid DPS. Then cast Immolate, Caos Bolt then Canflag (dont pop it first or its wasted on Immolate) then use Incinerate spam to fill the dead times. Conflag will come off timer before your immolate is up, dont pop it. at 1.5 sec on your immolate start to recast Immolate so its not clipped, then Caos Bolt then Conflag then filler nukes. Corruption is a loss in DPS
