How did Renzon do in his first competition? Did his performance meet his expectations? Wish i could have been there. I will start supporting future manupstandup events.

Showing some good structure on that bag. He's standing for 1 hour/day? Standing posture training? I am impressed with how far you have brought him as well as Renzon's own drive and ability.
