I was 3 when this was airing. So i'm kind of confused...why did Tony take Robin and Michael?

I'm a little fuzzy on the details, but what I remember is Tony kidnapping Michael first. He had thought Michael was his son and when Carly told him that Jason was, Tony flipped out. He didn't think Carly or Jason were suitable parents, nor the mob world a place for a child. Robin figured out that Tony was the kidnapper and went to convince him to return Michael so things could be settled peacefully, but Tony was unwilling to give Michael up and took Robin captive so she wouldn't spill.

I agree. I hate they killed off Tony. He was crazy as hell during this s/l. I was like dude how you gone lock her in the room with the baby and she has pnuemonia.LOL!

Her role was marginalized more every year until she pretty much disappeared. I don't think she was even mentioned during Luke and Laura's re-marriage in 2006. The actress, Shell Kepler, died this past February. She was only 49. :(
