  • was interested in the music, so i just followed the links, and found a second trailer called "chilean gothic)

The music for the whole film is by Fractal and the whole soundtrack is there. Fantastic!

Looking for the complete movie now.

  • great

  • This DVD set is fantastic! This particular film is quite original and extremely effective. The DVD also has interviews with Robert M. Price and Ramsey Campbell. It's BRILLIANT!

  • kool, nic traler

check out victorius secret , coming soon

  • HPinkFloydcraft fucking greatest name ever period

  • I too see very little connection between the scenes in this trailer and the story of Pickman's Model.

  • cool

    your friends at FEWDIO

  • Just wait for the release of At the Mountains of Madness by Guillermo del Toro!!

  • This has nothing to do with Lovecraft's story!!!

  • Actually it is very clearly based and deeply rooted in the original story. It is an adaptation of the story and not a direct translation of the text the film.

  • um no, it really isnt. it may have the same extremely basic premise, but it clearly lacks authenticity to the story, for one thing no one even died in the original story no one went down into the sewers there were no boats or grisly charred human bodies, in fact there wasnt even a heck of a lot of action, it would make a horrible movie! maybe a good halfhour tv show, but a full length movie would be beyond ridiculous! i'm not saying this isnt necessarily a good movie, just not true to the story

  • It may be a good film to spend some time, but from there to be an adaptation from pickman's model... i don't think so. Also, take into consideration that HPL must be one of the most difficult authors to adapt, that's way there are almost no films of his stories.

  • Actually this is a very well done and atmospheric adaptation of the Lovecraft's story. In fact on the H.P. Lovecraft Collection Volume 4: Pickman's Model DVD, there are 3 different adapations all using the original story as a springboard.

  • IMHO probably the most faithful film adaptation of a Lovecraft story would probably be 'The Call Of Cthulhu' short film which was released on DVD a couple of years ago by the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society a few years ago.

  • HP lovecraft is master of Macabre. He inspires creative work that is so unique to him. He is founder of his own genre of horror fiction.

  • What did any of that have to do with Pickman's Model? I think I saw a guy painting, but that's really it.

  • 99% of Lovecraft adaptations so far are nothing but shit. It would be pretty cool to see an actual serious adaptation someday.

  • the beginning text really ruins the video - the words are just too cliche, and tend to devalue the work

  • cthulhu rise '''''''''''''''''''

  • Quite a good trailer. :D

  • iak...

    keep going bro

  • not bad, but its just a trailer.

  • A trailer yes, but this was from a broadcast Television movie now available for the first time on DVD.
