Hardcore dancing didnt come before moshing, moshing and dancing came both from punk, but dnacing was developed once the hardcore scene got bigger in the underground. Then metal adopted moshing in the early 80s even late 70s. Theyre in 2 different scenes, but metalheads hate it when ppl dance at their shows, and i would be too. Keep dancing in hardcore and keep moshing in metal
